The website and its contents shall only be used following the terms of the Agreement. All Products/collections displayed on the Website are protected by patents, copyright, trademark, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights owned by the Company (as applicable), its subsidiaries, affiliates, associate companies, accountants, advisors, agents, consultants, contractors, partners, and/ or suppliers. Users shall abide by all copyright notices, intellectual property rights, information, and restrictions contained in any content accessed through the services.
The Website is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, according to Indian Copyrights laws, international conventions, and other worldwide copyright laws.
The Company’s logos, product, and service marks and/ or names are trademarks that are owned by the Company. User’s misuse of the Products, material, and/or Marks on the Website and in its contents, except as provided in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited.
Placing the Order:
By placing an order you are agreeing to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
- When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Exchange / Replacement for Damaged Products:
In case the Product is found to have a certain defect(s), immediately after delivery of the same, the User can request for exchange/ replacement of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than fifteen (3) days from the date of delivery of the Product by placing ‘Exchange’/ ‘Replacement Request’ on the Website or by registering a call on the Company’s Customer Service Centre. If the product condition is found to be damaged by seeing the pictures of taking a return parcel, then the same product will be exchanged for a new one.
Please note that users cannot ask for any money back or opt for a different product once the exchange is initiated. A fresh piece of the same product will be dispatched to the customer.
Payment Terms:
User shall be entitled to use his/her valid credit/debit and/ or any other payment cards, or online banking facility to make payment against any transaction being effected at the Website. Users shall be bound to use his/her credit/debit and/ or any other payment cards, or online banking accounts to make any payment.
The Company confirms that the detail provided by User in this regard shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party except to the extent required under the rules of any stock exchange and/or by applicable laws, regulations, and/or processes of any government authority and/or in connection with any judicial process regarding any legal action, suit and/or proceeding arising out of and/or relating to this Agreement.
The Company shall take all reasonable precautions to protect the information provided by the User. However, it is expressly provided and accepted by the User that the Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any third party action which results in the information provided by the User being exposed and/or misused by such third-party who accessed such information without any authorization from the Company.
Refund Policy:
As per the return and exchange policy stated above, no money will be refunded against any exchange or return complaint. A fresh piece of the same product (which was found damaged) will be sent to the user.
Changes in Terms and Conditions:
The Company is entitled, at its sole discretion or as may be required by law, to amend these Terms & Conditions anytime without any prior intimation to anybody. User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications/amendments from time to time and shall be bound to this Agreement as amended by the Company from time to time. Use of the services by User following such notification constitutes User’s acceptance of the Terms and conditions of the Agreement as modified.
